I rented a 1 bedroom apartment over a year ago. So far everything has gone well, maintnance has been on time everytime I would call. The ladies taking the calls in the maintnance office do a wonderful job of getting the maintnance men here in a reasonable amount of time. We have a washer and dryer in our unit which is a plus. It is a quiet confortable place to live. I highly reccomend Royal Oaks.
