Dont live there... unsafe place and bad management

Hello All,
This is NOT a place u want to live, if u want to raise a family.
Management is a set of crooks and the managar is man who behaves like a "WITCH".
They even refused to remove a thief who used to live here, saying only his step-mom has the name in the rental agreement.
Maintanence is OK but the quality of construction is horrible...
Make a wise decision and live somewhere else.

Check out who the letter is from, why would someone use a royal oaks e-mail address? They also don't have a male manager. Why the lies?
