Its a nice place for a rental place

I have lived at Royal Oaks for over 6 years, and have found it to be a nice quite place to live.I have read several of the other reviews and find it strange people would say such evil things about this place. They must of had some major problems or are just unhappy people to start with. I have had a few ceiling leaks but they have always been right here to fix them. My washer overflowed one night and the on call person was here with in 10 minutes. My only major problem is no lines in the parking lot, which makes people take up more space then necessary, they could really work on redoing all the parking lots. But over all its a wonderful place to live and you can get to any major road in seconds.
