I am currently living in Royal Oaks. Apartment walls are paper thin. There is an alcoholic person living above me. He just turns-on the filthy music at any time during the day or night and my apartment's walls start shaking. When he walks my roof starts shaking. Dont live in these shaky apartments.

Told you the bad things now few good things. These apartments are very nice - big kitchen, dining room, ample parking space (but open parking).

What is the use of these features, if you cannot sleep peacefully!
