I just moved out of Royal Oaks and althought my two bedroom apartment was lovely, the office staff and now the management staff are horribly rude. From the time I went in to fill out an application until the day I moved out, they ladies in the office were extremely rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and lazy. Don't ever ask them a question and let them tell you to call back, because I'm still waiting for questions to be answered. When I moved out I handed in my keys and gave them my forwarding address to have my security deposit sent. It's a month later and I called to find out where it is. The woman I got on the phone was downright rude, and she knew it. She slammed the phone down instead of putting me on hold, sighed loudly into the phone when I asked more questions. Because the local office didn't forward my information to them, my security deposit was sent to my address in Royal Oaks, where I no longer live. I mean, how dumb are you to send it to an old address when you have my forwarding information and my phone number to call in there are questions!!!
