THE GOOD
-Great Location (Conveniently located between Route 1 and Route 130, 10 minutes from NJTP exit 8A)
-Spacious Apartment Layout
-Adequate Parking
THE BAD
-Construction (Walls are paper thin. Windows are poorly insulated.)
-Parking Lot Hogs (No lines to separate parking spots mean your neighbors take up more space than necessary making it difficult if not impossible to park your vehicle near your apartment.
-Old Outdated Appliances and Heating System (Electric and Gas bill will be outrageous)
THE UGLY
-Management/Office Staff: Two words, Incredibly Unprofessional.
-Maintenance: Overall these workers are very polite and courteous. The problem is you can call your repair in daily and nobody will ever show up unless it is a serious problem. Than you might expect a knock on your door a week or two later, oh dont worry if your not home they will go right in.
