Bugs bugs bugs

I just moved out of Royal Oaks because of the number of bugs.I didn't get any help from the office, the girl there told me to take it up with theguy in charge. How rude is that' I lived there for two years and had nothing but problems with bug and leaks. Don't think of renting a loft apartment because your heating bills will put you in the poor house.
