Luxury without the luxury

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I moved into Royal Oaks May st, 2006. The manager there said they were nice apartments and they even said luxury. Well, all I found was old appliances and old carpet. I don't think they even cleaned the carpet before I moved in. This lady in the office had my family look at the Club House and pool. I paid my membership only to find out no pool is working. Its been warm but the pool is not up and running and no one seems to have the answer. I can not yet get over the many lies I was told, the only truth here is the large rent I am paying. I wish I had never signed a lease here but now I have to pay this luxury rent of over $1300 for nothing.
