I have lived here since March 1st, and consider myself to have pretty high taste. Of course, in every situation there are positive and negatives. First, the appliances are somewhat old, but they all work well, and even the dishwasher cleans the dishes better than my mom's brand new one. As for walls being thin, we never hear our neighbors - maybe they are quiet, but this has never been a complaint. The carpet was brand new when we moved in (it had all the extra fuzz like new carpet does) and there is plenty of parking. Now, the office staff isn't the friendliest, but the maintenance people are very nice. We have had issues, first with our tub not draining and then our air conditioning broke. But both issues were resolved in a timely manner. i have looked at other apartments in the area and i think its the best you can get for the price.
