Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have been living in Royal Oaks for the past 2 years, and it has been a great experience. The style apartment I have is a 1 bedroom with a loft, and it has a very stylish layout. When I first moved in the apartment was in great condition, new carpets, very clean, and lots of closet space! The maintenance is good with replacing appliances, when my washer broke they replaced it in only a few days with a brand new one. I would suggest moving in if you are looking for an apartment because they have great apartments for an affordable price.
