I've lived in this community for almost two years. My lease is almost up and yes I will be moving. Overall they are slowly improving since I signed my lease back in 2004 but it's nothing to rant and rave about. They keep up with the grounds; someone is always outside mowing and trimming the shrubbery. But if you ask me they only care about the appearance outside of the apartment probably to get more people to rent here. Parking is a total nightmare due to inconsiderate neighbors and no lines to seperate spaces. The appliances are very old and outdated but work well. The windows are poorly insulated; your heating bill in the winter months will be outrageous. I agree with another poster about the bugs, my apartment has it all including termites. Maintenance will never come to fix your repairs unless you keep calling and threaten to take further action. Management and Office Staff are very unprofessional and once you sign your lease forget the nice talk. But the location is great between Route 1 and Route 130 in South Brunswick. Also the school systems are another reason I've stayed this long. I wish they would make the improvements to this community but instead no major changes except to keep increasing the rental amount.
