I just moved from Royal Oaks last Feb but I had lived there for 13 years. I never had problems with getting any thing repaired. The have the best appliance man on site. I don't understand why he is not working for GE or someone because he is so good with repairs and if it can't be fixed you get a new one. I had problems with My A/c but a nice man (donald) came and fixed it right away. The lady in the office Brenda is outstanding when it comes to problems with rental bills etc.She is a delight to work with. They have two offices on site. One is for leasing and one for business problems. The business office really knows what they are doing, however the leasing office should change out a few of the staff and get people who really care about leasing. It seems they spend more time sitting doing nothing and talking on the pnone then addressing the needs of the residents but all in all I have a great 13 years at Royal Oaks.
