When reading the ratings on the site, I was surprised at what I found. I have to say I lived in Royal Oaks for 14 years, and never had many of the problems stated here. I bought a house, which is the reasoned I moved out, but I still have many memories of the fun I had living there, which will stick with me forever because living there was a great part of my life. It is a quiet area, and the grounds are maintained well. It was easy to get along with the people that work in the office, they are very friendly. And the maintenance staff knows what they're doing and are very helpful. I would suggest anyone to move into Royal Oaks, it is a place you can call home.
