Overall, it is not a bad place to live. It is very quiet at night so no problem getting a good night sleep. It is in a very convenient location close to pretty much everything. I have not encountered any maintenance issues for the most part and the rent is comparable. The only downfall is living on the bottom floor you can definitely hear walking above you. It doesn't seem like there is carpet on the second floor. Unfortunately, the person above me has very heavy footing so it gets a little frustrating. On the upside, the walking doesn't last very long. Lastly, the grounds are pretty well maintained, there are always people out and about working on the grounds.

I am currently considering a move to Royal Oaks. If you have the time, please advise on how you like the place now that you have been there for a little while. Is it as bad as the other reviewers say it is? What model do you live in?
