ApartmentRatings.com was created so tenants could write HONEST reviews about apartments so perspective renters could get an idea of what the community has and doesn't have to offer. What I find really annoying is when management gets a hold of websites like this and uses it for their own personal use to boost the ratings of an overall below average community. This has been happening here with Royal Oaks so I write this review to warn others of dishonest reviews written by management. How to point one out' If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. I understand why management feels they need to make these comments though. The rating of this community is currently 36% which is below average and can't be brought up unless some good reviews start getting written (ratings of 3.0 or higher). I know as I'm currently looking for a new apartment that before I call for information this is my first stop to see what others have been saying both negative and positive. So I urge future writers to include both the negative/positive and try to be a honest as possible. Including what brought you here in the first place rather than only why your leaving. For me it was the location. Maybe than they will stop using our site to write reviews and leave the real comments to the real tenants. Also Royal Oaks Management please start making the improvements this community so desperately needs.

In my years of renting Royal Oaks has been the worse. It's has been a total nightmare there. Maintence is the the worse, the apartments are old and not well maintained, squeaks throughout the whole aparments. I will not recommend Royal Oaks not even to my worse enemy!! Don't do it don't rent there you will regret it. |
