I had the unfortunate displeasure of living in these apartments for several years. The woman in the office are just NASTY as is the owner. The clientele they rent to for the most part is about as trashy as they come & beware as they absolutely do rent to section 8. If you live on the first floor be prepared to hear everything the person above you does & if they are aholes then your are sh&t out of luck. Do NOT live here! I know the rent is right but believe me spend the extra money & don't live here. oh & I forgot to mention all the crime in these apartment buildings.. We constantly had police officers running around at night looking for "people"...
