I moved into Royal Oaks after looking at their show apartments, the sign out front said "Our New Look Will Move You". Nothing in my apartment was new, nothing. The apartment was filthy when I moved in I spent the first week cleaning it. The Oven was older than dirt, the fridge was broken, the dishwasher wouldn't rinse. The cabinets were sticky.... I could go on and on and on. Then the Management office the rudest people I've ever met in customer service. I had to write a letter every month when I droped off my rent because my phone calls were never answered. The Ants all summer all over my dining room, master bedroom, & living room. Never fully taken care of. To top all of this off the parking sucked, the tenents were all section 8 (I'm not the kind of person who cares about that but when they treat the your property like garbage you start to get annoyed). Well I think you can make your own conclusion as to why I think that Royal Oaks Apartments
