I've been here a year and I found it to be relatively peaceful. THe apartments are ok although a lot of the cabinets/closets need to be repaired/updated. The good thing baout the development is that the maintenance people come right away when you call them. I was once locked out of my apartment because of a frozen lock(which I did not know was the reason at the time) and someone from maintenance came and helped me even though it was late at night.
My other complaint is that my neighbors upstairs are kind of inconsiderate and they stomp around all the time at night and I could hear it. My other neighbors are perfectly fine and respectable (or they seem to be).
