I lived there for a year, and I really didn't have any complaints. The apartment was in good shape when I moved in. We had a couple of problems with the shower and the Air conditioning, but maintenence fixed them the same day I called. We had quiet neighbors, so I'm sure that helped (plus being on the second floor is always nice). The few times it snowed, they were a little slow with the snow removal (I was very pregnant during that winter, so that was a big problem for me!). Only issue I had with management was that one month I wrote the check out for an incorrect amount, and they called me at work and told me I had to have a new check there within 3 hours or all my future payments had to be by certified check. Up until that point I had never had a late payment, so I was a little annoyed that I had to leave work to deliver a new check. Yes, it was my mistake, but a little understanding would have been nice. I would definitely live there again, you can't beat the area, especially not for the price.

Hello, I've been searching for apartments near Princeton, as I'll be moving to the area in September. I've narrowed it down to a few apartments, including Royal Oaks - the "B" or "BB" model. Since you live on the second floor, could you answer a few questions for me about the place, from a tenant's view? What the office staff tells me is, of course, biased. 1. Does Royal Oaks offer low-income or Section 8 housing? Neither apply to me - but I want to avoid those areas. 2. Is there much noise? 3. Have you heard of any crime in the area? 4.
