I moved in Royal Oaks last fall. Living here has been ok. The apartment was not a ready-to-move in condition. Thanks to having listened to my intuition, I did inspection by myself before I moved in. Despite several things I asked the office to fix before move in date, they did a very lousy job. They just did lazy touch up work, horrible painting job, old closet and cabinet...
I had lived in an apartment with much worse conditions than here, so I guess I can tolerate many bad things better than average people.
I like the fact that there are no bugs such as roaches here(except some spiders because I am on the first floor). I feel pretty safe here, and it is quiet. I like the suburburn environment here also. My apartment is getting smell of curry recently. I guess I have new neighbors who obviouslly eat curry in daily basis.Oh, one more thing...I lost my diamond ring somehow. I do not want to suspect the maintenace people, though. No evidence. There is one occasion that the maintenance person had to come in to check the meter or something while nobody was at home...
