Good place to live

Its a good place to live in this area. Rent is decent and facilities are good (carpeting, dishwasher, washer-dryer in unit). I liked the layout with the open kicthen. Didnt get it anywhere else. People in neighbourhood from all backgrounds are friendly. Overall good place to live.
