I would agree with all others who have complained about the management office. I live in a 2 bed room apartment.
The things I liked here are:
1. Ample Parking space
2. Units do not have the common entrance and gives a town home like feeling.
3. Amenities (Washer and Drier within the Unit)
4. Larger, brighter open space. Ample space for walking/jogging.
Minuses:
1. Gas is not included in the rent.
2. Centralized AC unit. I am getting a monthly bill of 150-200 ( Both of us are working and no one stays during the daytime
I have seen the apartments in the nearby area and feel that this is better.

I'm receiving bills for over $4,000 from Royal Oaks. I had to leave the complex since one of my neighbors (a male) was stalking me and I found evidence my apartment had been broken into. I made complaints to Management and even had a police report filed... Long story short they did not allow me to move to another apartment without starting a new lease and I'm now being charged over $4,000! Unbelievable... Royal Oaks is a nightmare.
