I think all the good reviews are written by the manager..As everybody has mentioned, "THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS" YES,ITS ABSOLUTELY TRUE..you will be impressed by the sweet talks of the ladies at the leasing office, the outer look and models of the apartment.But,you will hate it when you actually come to live here.
The ladies at the leasing office are completely unprofessional and rude. It has just been a week we have moved in and we are facing problems from the very first day..
1)You can clearly see how well they have maintained the area of the leasing office to make us attract..very clean,well decorated with flowers,fine parking lines..etc and on the other side nothing of this.
2)All the appliances are outdated,they didn't even change the carpet,the walls and the ceiling is so thin that i can clearly hear the footsteps of my neighbour living at the second floor when she moves from one room to the other.
3)My apartment stinked when we moved in.It took me 2 days to clean the apartment.
4)They are unclear about their policies.
5)Maintenance is very slow.
This property is at a very good location,but they don't know how to manage and maintain it.
All in all stay away from it....
