appearances can be deceiving...

I moved into this complex one year ago. At first vist, it seemed like a nice place to live. Upon moving in to an aparmtnet i was not allowed to view (prior to signing the lease), I had to "re-clean" everything and buy multiple expensive, commericial grade deodorizers because the odor was so potent. I can her everything from all neighbors on both sides and above me. If you're looking for a quiet place, this is not for you! The office staff is miserable and unreliable. They do not put in work orders or call you back even when they tell you they will. They are rude and seem annoyed when you call. I do not recommend this complex. As I said in the beginning, it "appears" to be a decent place to live, but once you are LOCKED into their lease you'll find it is just the opposite.
