I've lived here for more than 6 months. Looks are deceptive. Apartments and appliances are very old. Bugs everywhere. Leasing Office staff (Especially Heather) is very rude. I m tired of talking to her and it's damn frustrating to deal with her. Never responds to the complaints. Apartments are too far from train station. I would not suggest these apartments to anybody. Not at all worth paying such a high price for these cheap apartments and worst customer service. Finally, I m glad that I m not in Royal Oaks any more!!
