Price is not expensive for the size. For NJ this is cheap [I don't know where the other people lived before, but this price for this size is nothing]. Plenty of space. Neighbors were friendly, but noise does echo a bit. Didn't bother me at all, but will bother u if you need utter silence. Only complaint is snow removal from parking lot was slow. Watch out for the office lady- she is mean!
