Butchers and Theifs

The Maint. Dept is at best butchers. They couldnt fix anything correct. If you move here and have a problem with a appliance of plumbing/heating make sure it is broke before you call. It will never get resolved as the Maint Dept is only parts changers not service men.
If there is a problem reguarding security deposits or payment due the tennent, dont hold your breath. They will hold your money as long as possible......
Other then that its OK......
BTW: Buy a snow shovel......snow removal sucks, like in almost none.
