I'm in a small one-bedroom apartment on the third floor. While I'm lucky my apartment faces the woods, it would have been nice if the Southridge Woods brochures mentioned the DAMNED TRAIN that rides by a 2 in the morning on Tuesday nights.
The maintenance men, while nice, don't fix things well.
Nancy, the manager, has the voice of a shrike, shrilling at you how "nothing is [her] fault."
Snow removal BLOWS and I don't mean that positively. Yeah, buy a snow shovel and watch your great neighbors lie in wait for you to leave so they can jump in your parking spot.
If you're not home by 11 pm, good luck finding parking.
The appliances are so loud that if I turn my dishwasher and washing machine on at the same time, I have to go out on the deck to talk on the phone.
Hardly 'luxury' apartments. I pay $930/month for a one bedroom apartment and I only live here because it's 4 miles from work.
