This is actually our first choice in apt, we were considering royal oaks and Renaissance manor, but after I read the reviews I don't think so! I can careless about rude staff, I am used to dealing with that in the city, the noise can be avoided yse if you live on the top floor so that isn't too big of a deal, but what about the pool and fitness club hours' is this a good place for your children I have a young toddler. also are they strict on credit check' our credit is ok, we are current on everything witha balance but we do have some things on there that were bad, we just paid them off but the bad is still there. should I even bother applying' again this ia our first choice, anything you can tell me would be great
