We've had a terrible experience especially in the last year when incredibly rude people moved above us. They sounded like they were going to drop through the ceiling. The contract states that 2nd & 3rd floors have to have carpeting, but these people didn't. How do we know' My husband had to go up there ALL THE TIME to tell them to stop making noise. They allowed kids to jump off furniture. I called management numerous times to tell them these people still hadn't carpeted their place, but to no avail.
We had ants when we went away for our honeymoon. We called & never received a call back. The ants went away, but we don't know if management actually came in to get rid of them or not. We had to call 5 times to get our dryer fixed since the first 4 times they didn't fix it correctly. Our lease is up next month & I'm so excited to finally get out of there!

Good for you! I hope you found something better and less noisy, it was so so SO NOISY it was beyond belief!!
