I just moved from southridge, and not soon enough! The management office personnel in North Jersey are rude, disrespectful and total idiots! Oh, and Nancy at the rental office is a witch! Biased and only does what she has to, which is basically nothing!
The NOISE is unbearable because they don't enforce the lease and require tenants on upper levels to carpet, oh, but don't complain because they'll try to evict you! Maintenance only causes more problems, and respond "when they feel like it". Garbage piles up in the dumpsters, snow removal doesn't exist, tenants throw garbage where ever they want. The class of people that move in are, shall I say, undesirables!! They are rude, inconsiderate people. When you ask them to stop waking you up at 2am, they only get worse! My vehicle has been broken into, others have been vandalized severely. Yes, it is less expensive than most, but there ARE REASONS WHY!! Please heed advise!
