Let me say that there are a few good things about this apartment. The floor plans are well laid and spacious. The maintenance man rocks. I also have a nice view. However, take the following in to consideration;
1) The office lady is a total -----! I've never met a person with less manners! I avoid any contact with her. She acts like doing her job is to much to ask.
2) The windows and doors do not close properly and the halls are not climate controlled. This means the apartment is impossible keep warm/cold, running up your energy bill.
3) There is no snow maintenance. They plow cars in and ice is every were due to poor drainage. My car got stuck for days on an ice patch caused by these problems.
4) Parking at night is awful. Leave for five min., your spot will be gone and you'll have to park 3 buildings away. I don't understand where the space goes.
5) The Noisiest neighbors ever! Children screaming in your windows, setting off fire crackers, playing bad piano all day and basketball in the house. There is no space for children to play so you will be fourced to deal with them playing inside the apartment building or outside your window.
6) The entrance doors are always broken. The locks stick or they don't work at all.
7) The pool is to small for the number of people in the complex. Very over crowded
8)The trash is rarely collected and people are too lazy to put their bags in the dumpster. The smell is really bad.

You may ask why I live here...as I said, there are some positives. You can't find a cheeper one bedroom in south brunswick, they are very large for the price, and include washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit.
