Nice place to live, if a bit noisy

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
Tenants are supposed to carpet 70% of the hardwood floors, but rarely do. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does, which is terrible when kids are running around or music is being played.
Other than that, it's clean, well-maintained, and modern. Maintenance department is very responsive. It's a bit expensive but not for NJ.
The only pest problem I've had is ants, but maintenance sent exterminator and they haven't returned.
