Okay let me preface this my saying, I read some nasty reports of this complex prior to moving in but now after living here for two years, I can say I am very happy with the experience. I am resident physician at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital.

Safety - always feels safe

Location - Great, a bit away from route 1 which is nice, easy to get the turnpike, right between Princeton hospital and Robert Wood (so really its perfect), only 20 min to Princeton and 25 to RWJ; Grocery Stores are very close by

Amenities - Central ac and heat, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer in each apt. There is too much parking! One can never complain of lack of spots.

Service - I have to say the emergency service is great, they will come right away and stabalize whatever issue and most repairs done by the next morning at latest; Nancy is really nice once you get to know her

Price - Rent is great for this area, and I haven't had rent increase all 3 years, $930 for a 1 bedroom. Electric averages about $40-60 in the summer, $80-100 in the winter (since you pay for heat) and let me add i leave the ac/heat on a lot, so if you're efficent it would be cheaper.

Other services: Snow services - okay mind you if there is a lot of snow, it takes everyone time to dig out...Roads get cleaned up right away! Sidewalks take a bit longer...Pool is nice in the summer. Work out area is okay, kind of limited but NY Sports Club is like 8 min away. Finally ceilings a tad thin but if you really care then choose a higher apt.
