I have lived here for two years, and yes I have decided to leave. On the good side- you are paying a good price for an apartment that does have a washer and dryer. Maintence has never been a problem for me- everytime I called they always came that day. Central air/heat is great, and really my bill was never expensive. Also, my rent has never gone up, except for this year, but only by $5.

Negatives: There is literally no hot water for bathing. Showers last about 5-10 minutes, same with baths. Winter here is a disaster. NO ONE shovels, throws salt down, ect. There are definetly not enough trash bins for all the residents, so trash does build up. The walls are paper thin, and if you live with noisy neighbors like I do, they keep you up at all hours.

I would recommend living here, but the negatives have driven me out.
