I fully agree with you. Try to get in touch with Nancy who works over the weekday. She is horrible to deal with yelling and quarreling in her behavior. Upper management is sitting in livingston and they are happy about this as they are same too. They don't want pleasue experience for tenants. Managements thinks by renting the place they are doing some great charity work. The apartment complex is old. Many issues with open sever some where, trash on roads, no snow clearance in the complex. Some of the maintenance staff is rude. They can't fix the stuff and they will ask you to buy the toilet pump to do routine pumping of the toilet seat or else they will say don't use paper in this complex.

I feel sorry to be a tenant at this place
