I have lived here for a year. The apartment is very spacious and good. The appliances are little old....but not too bad. Maintenance is very good and they come within few hours. The sales lady at the reception is horrible. Neighbors were ok. But we could hear huge noises from upstairs....late at nights ...that was a real pain. Insulation is great. No shooting of the bill in winters. Overall satisfied.
