The overall size of the apartments are very decent especially the 1 bedroom. However,during heavy rain storms the windows in my bedroom leaked badly. Secondly, the bugs (centipedes) are disgusting, ants take over the bathroom and the kitchen through the cracks.
You have to wait until 9:00 for any snow removal which can be an issue if you need to leave early for work.
The rule of no pets no do not apply to all I have seen dogs around the complex.
The complex does not look to upgrade or maintain if the carpeting is threadbare.
Lastly, if you are asthamtic do not expect the complex to clean the air ducts.
The bathroom need to be upgrade in terms of paint, tile, and the grout.
