Expensive for what you get !!! Dear Friends, I was in these apartments for a year and am an unhappy customer. The customer service is poor and rude, appliances are old, and are very rigid to change any thing and you or me staying here should suffer. There is no allocated parking lots.

Horrible place to stay Be careful with the management, they are cruel and horrible. Spend 100 bucks more to avoid future surprise. I will definitly not recommend anybody to stay at this place.

Bugs Termites are a real big problem here. When you call them about the termite problem they send some guy to spray in the apt. He sprays but all over your stuff that there are puddles.Nothing is done to correct the problem. the place needs to be treated for termites.

Not accesible to nearest stores and hospitals They are not customer friendly, Maintenance is worst, The dryer took 2 months to get maintaines. The dishwasher didnt work properly for atleast 6 months.

Good place to live Its a good place to live in this area. Rent is decent and facilities are good (carpeting, dishwasher, washer-dryer in unit). I liked the layout with the open kicthen. Didnt get it anywhere else. People in neighbourhood from all backgrounds are friendly. Overall good
