Royal Oaks 41% Recommended Mar 25 2008: After reading the reviews, I have to say that I was very hesitant about moving in. But so far, so good! We have an end unit, which is wonderful. I haven't heard the neighbors at all, the apartment was clean Royal Oaks 41% Recommended Feb 28 2008: Apartments are nice. We have been hear almost 5 yrs now. It is very quite. Can be hard to park at times. If the office staff could be little more friendlier and more helpful every thing would be perfect. Sometimes Royal Oaks 41% Recommended Feb 15 2008: I have been here a few years now. Neighborhood is quiet and nice except for few incidents that happen every year around April/May by walking trail. (WHICH I BELIEVE ROYAL OAKS SHOULD NOTIFY RESIDENCE ABOUT) Only real gripe is maintenance South Ridge Woods 58% Recommended Dec 08 2007: I lived at Northview Drive which is part of Southridge Woods for 1 year. I didnt really have too many problems. There were only 2 things that really stuck out.
