Kushner properties owns this building and about dozen more. The building is the worst managed building in Montclair for the amount of rent that's paid. The supers are never around, the buildings are in bad condition and never cleaned. It reminds me more and more every day of stint in the Ghetto, not an upscale apartment in Montclair. You essentially get no response to any of your complaints. The property managers change more times than superman in a phonebooth. AND PARKING SUCKS !!! I would not recommend this building or anyother property that Kushner owns for a million dollars. LOOK & RESEARCH before you rent!!
