I have accupied a unit in 836 Bloomfield Ave for the past four years. For all of this time we have requested badly needed repairs to leaks in the bathroom eminating from the floors above but no work has been done to date. One of the managers who it seem is no longer with the company has promissed repairs on several occation, but nothing has ever been done.
I am now totally frostrated and ready to vacate the apartment.
Rental offen makes mistakes on rent payments, then acesses late fees.
Erlier in 2004 they took me to court for non-payment of rent. The claim was that I had made no payment for the preceeding three months. Actually what they had done was to credit my payments to an individual who must have lived in the unit six years prior to the time I took accupancy.
