**UPDATE 2/25/05...I have registered several complaints to Westminster Management about problems in the building and still for the past 2 weeks, have gone unanswered. If you want piece and quiet. FORGET IT!!! There is NO SUPERVISIOR here to help with immediate problems still...maintance took 3 weeks to come fix problems I had! DO NOT MOVE HERE**

I just moved in and what I should have reviewed when I moved in was electral outlets. There is 2 plugs in teh kitchen. THATS IT! 4 plugs in the Living room, 1 plug in the bathroom and 2 in the bedroom. If you have alot of plug stuff..forget it.
Downstairs you can hear the music plain as day.

Parking is a nightmare as well. If you cant find offstreet parking, your shot! Oh and btw..they dont tell you this when you move in, but you must get a permit from Montclair for overnight parking, which is 144 for a year.

There is no super for this building, the laundry room is SCAREY and OLD and never locked. Mail is unsecure(they throw it on the counter for anyone to basically grab. Floors are warped as well.

I would HIGHLY suggest not living here :(
