| i lived there for 5 years. their smallest 1 bedroom (example my unit was the smallest 1 bedroom $1375 with offsite parking at $90 per month = $1465 total) very over priced for the market and the neighborhood is gross. ... more | ||||||||||||

| Looks fine but sometimes have to beg for heat.Windows are cheap and drafty. Entrance doors are frequently left open (by workers) and building is vulnerable. Security lights are often out and super needs to have things pointed out before he ... more | ||||||||||||

| This is nice apartment for the most part, but overpriced. Also, only about a quarter of the apartments have parking. The rest are on their own to find somewhere to park - this is not an easy feat in Montclair. | ||||||||||||
