A pleasant place to live; I wouldn't have minded staying there longer. The unit was roomy, well-laid-out, closet space was good. I really enjoyed having a brand-new kitchen, washer/dryer, and carpeting, though their installation wasn't of the highest quality. My unit backed to the stream; made for a nice, private view. The complex was quiet, except for in summer when the kids were out of school... too many around there for my taste, and they tended to play in the parking lots too often. The office staff was always very nice, courteous, and helpful; ditto the one maintenance worker I dealt with.
