I lived in one of the townhomes(2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths) for 2 years. It was huge, but the rent was WAY TOO MUCH. Maintenance sucks. I had a shower that leaked from the 3rd floor into the kitchen on the second floor. It took 4 days just to have someone come out and look at the problem. Then over a week to have it fixed, without having the ability to use the shower. OLD is an understatement. They raise the rent by at least $100 every year and usually find another way to tack on another fee(water use, etc). If the rent was $500 cheaper, it may be worth it. But for $1900/month is robery for these units. I moved to Collingswood to a 2nd floor duplex and was able to get 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, my own driveway for $1200!!! Not worth the $$$$$$$$$$

Be ready for them to screw you on move out too. I left in 2004; they took my entire security deposit of $1600, and then charged me $1400 on top of that all for carpeting and cleaning. $3000 total, it's been in collections for years, and they've ruined my credit.

I have lived in moorestown woods for about 3 years and do know that parking is assigned the grounds are well kept my neighbors are great due to the higher rent keeping all nonsense out (sorry) yes the property is older but did you even let the office know about your leak...3 years seems very long how did your walls and ceilings stay up with a leak that long...sorry but yeah all properties have issues i think you are full of it...

I agree....Maintenance is HORRIBLE. They do not have enough employees to handle this complex and their other one in Maple Shade. I'm having lease signer's remorse and I haven't even been here that long!
