The maintenance is not up to par, the rent gets raised every year, even though the paint chips off the walls from having layer upon layer throughout the years slapped on top of one another, the carpet is shabby, cheap kind, the kitchen is way too small without enough counterspace, and there are only two or three outlets in every room with makes rearranging furniture impossible. There is never parking spaces available, and not enough laundry facilities, even though the ones that are available are overpriced and not very good machines. I would not recommend moving here.
