It hasn't even been a year yet and I??m already regretting moving into this place. The woman in the rental office is lazy and is almost never in the office. The apartments are never fixed in a timely manner unless you call every day and hassle them (when you can actually get a hold of them). The reason the heat and hot water are free is because they are always having problems. The apartments look horrible inside from the thousands of layers of paint. Parking is also very bad here. There is trash all over the place and the dumpsters are always overflowing. I would suggest looking into other places in Moorestown... this place is more like Camden.
