Don't do it Over promise, under deliver is what you can expect. Helps if you are handy since there is no maintenance. You'll need to invest in a snow shovel and rock salt. There is no snow removal. Balaconies could stand to be redone. Floor boards under carpet loose and shift.

Best community I lived in I read the last one about the townhomes in this complex and I totally diagree. I lived in the larger townhome 2 years ago and loved it. It was the biggest rental place I have ever lived in. Maintenance was quick with responses and the office staff was great. My neighbors

Nice apartments I lived at Moorestowne Woods for 3 years. Its very quiet there, the apartments are spacious, the service is great and the staff is friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. The rent is a litte high, but with the great service you can overlook that.
