can do much better

There are pros and cons. here they are:
The location is good-- near Rt. 10, 287, Rt. 80, and downtown Morristown. There are plenty of stores in Morristown and Rt. 10. You are in walking distance of some Morris Plains shops and a train station. I am also happy with the large amount of space we have in a 2 bedroom apartment, one of the smaller models. Maintenance is responsive. Free cable on one TV, and affordable cable to install in other rooms.
The bad parts are: the parking is ridiculous, they make you pay extra for spots and have a draconian booting policy. Some of the apartments are located above a busy highway that never quiets down in the middle of the night, and the trains pass directly behind the complex to reach Morris Plains station. No garbage disposals. We had to fight to get the internet access we supposedly received for free in our lease, with three months of going back and forth between apartment management and the internet provider. When it snows, they take forever to plow and to salt, and we have slipped and fallen on many occasions getting to our cars to dig them out. I was unable to get to work one day due to the hours that passed before they finally plowed after the moderate snowfall ended-- at least 6 hours before. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer unit, and the dryer takes forever to dry clothing. The room with the intake vent for heating is extremely noisy, and the water heater in the closet in the other room is not the greatest location. Countertops are cheaply made. And I can hear my neighbors while in my bedroom.
Overall, I am not satisfied that I am getting my money's worth.
