1) Maintenance is very poor. Ceiling of my bedroom fell off 2 times and after filling repeated work orders no action was taken. My room always get wet whenever it rains. Source from where water is coming is never fixed. I am leaving this apt in Dec. Could have left earlier if I get my security deposit back.

2)Hidden charges which I was never told. Lock out charges in case you lock your keys in car and your car is also locked out. They charge money to pen up.

3) Management is very tough to deal with. I repeatedly sent fax and called them but my call was never returned.
